Elon Musk has once again captured the attention of the automotive and aerospace industries with a dramatic demonstration of the next-generation Tesla Roadster 2. Unveiled at a SpaceX testing facility in Texas, the futuristic electric sports car reportedly performed aerial manoeuvres using technology developed with SpaceX. The demonstration included driving up a curved ramp, flipping through the air and landing back on its wheels. Musk described the vehicle as a flying car, suggesting that the boundary between electric vehicles and aerospace engineering could be entering a new phase.
